Name of a character in The Demoiselle D'Ys. A falconer. His name derives from that of the god in Haita the Shepherd, used elsewhere in The King In Yellow as the name, apparently, of a city. What Chambers intended, beyond crafting an interlinked mythos, by reusing the name here is unclear. See also Hastur.
