[Source] The Vor'Na'Tu was an ancient Jedi artifact. Echuu Shen-Jon took the Vor'Na'Tu' with him into exile on Krant. In 1 BBY, it was discovered by the Galactic Empire and taken to Geddes. Shen-Jon joined with the Rebel Alliance to recover the artifact. Shen-Jon was forced to destroy it to keep it out of the hands of Darth Vader, but lost his life in the process. Years later, Leia Organa received a vision from Shen-Jon, directing her to return to the terraformed Haroon to destroy the shards. She went with her brother, the Jedi Luke Skywalker to destroy the remnants of the Vor'Na'Tu.

Con la ayuda de un grupo de guerreros wookiees y de la Alianza Rebelde que conoció en Krant, Shen-Jon dirigió un asalto a la luna Geddes donde las fuerzas Imperiales habían ocultado el Vor'Na'Tu. Después de destruir el Templo Sith que albergaba el cristal, Shen-Jon intentó escapar pero fue asesinado por Darth Vader, quien había sido enviado por el Emperador Palpatine para recuperar el cristal. Shen-Jon, temiendo los resultados de que el Vor'Na'Tu cayera a las manos de Palpatine, dividió al cristal en cuatro piezas, haciéndolo inútil para Vader. Años después, una fuerza de ataque de la Nueva República dirigida por Luke Skywalker y Leia Organa Solo regresaron a Geddes, ahora Hanoon, para recoger los trozos. Skywalker tuvo éxito al obtener las piezas de varios asentamientos de Hanoon, y el artefacto fue convertido en polvo y lanzado a los vientos solares.
