The Jewels of Heaven were the numerous, blue, mystical crystals designed by Azerim, one of the Disciples of Marduk. In Babylon, Azerim crafted the large Jewels, cutting their mineral bodies into flowerlike shapes and possessing them with levitational powers. The crystals could then be adorned from high locations, allowing anyone with Azerim's special tool, standing beneath it, to activate the Jewels' mystic energy and float up or down below them. Azerim primarily used the Jewels in the Mexican Temple of Quetzalcoatl, however, he also gave some to Nub, his Egyptian counterpart.
