Alice Caroline Stracey Brewster (née Tyler; 16 September 1871 – 9 October 1982) was a British verified supercentenarian. Her husband was district commissioner Adolph Brewster, who wrote the book The Hill Tribes of Fiji. The couple lived in Nadarivatu, Fiji, during the late 1800s. Alice became a widow in 1939. She became blind when she was in her 90s. At the time of her death on 9 October 1982, she was the oldest person in the UK. Her final age was 111 years, 23 days.
