Pierre Ducange (d. 1942) was Neil Michaels's contact in New Orleans. Based on a tip from hearse driver Colquit Reynolds, Ducange learned of a Nazi-backed plot to start an uprising in the former Confederate states. Ducange shared this knowledge with a stripper named Lucy. However, within minutes of his late-night meeting with Michaels, Ducange had his throat slit by a conspirator.
