Curtis Greer (born November 10, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan) is a former professional American football player who was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the first round (6th overall) of the 1980 NFL Draft. A 6'4", 256 lbs. defensive end from the University of Michigan, Greer played in eight NFL seasons from 1980 to 1987 for the Cardinals. He played high school football at the prestigious Cass Technical High School graduating in 1976.
