The FRT Sleepy Bantha is relatively new to the Republic's Military. An old freighter, it had been given a second chance at life when it was requisitioned to the Kinrath Claw during their Corellian Campaign. Its original purpose was to keep the Claws from having to rely on standard Republic Military Transports to travel from hot spot to hot spot. The Sleepy Bantha can go where ever and whenever the Claw members want without adhering to standard flight paths and hyperspace routes. Aside from transport the Bantha acts as a basic Mobile Field Base once the squad has been deployed on the ground. The Bantha has space enough for temporary housing for Claw members, as well as rations, power cells and addtional weaponry.
