| - CROWN'S REFUGE - In the wake of Soravyn Zahir's apparent departure from Crown's Refuge, Evaryn Nightveil has been nominated and subsequently declared to be the new Archon of the Freehold, and promptly accepted by Blood Guard and Wildlanders alike. Though Soravyn Zahir's "hands on" experiences as co-founder of the reborn Freehold, conservator of the Syladris, and first Archon of the city-state have made him an unfaltering hero in the eyes of those who now call Crown's Refuge home, the general opinion is that Evaryn Nightveil will be able to provide more of a "governing" role to steer the Freehold in the right direction now that the freehold itself has been quite firmly built into a sanctuary amidst an untamed sea of nature. The Archmage Tshepshi's role as oracle and general iconic leader of Crown's Refuge will remain intact, but it is the new Archon Nightveil who will carry the spirit of the Refuge onwards on a more personal level, and Archon Nightveil who will now deal with the majority of concerns and problems that the Freehold encounters that do not involve things magical and spiritual.
