Brother Sandik Fitzpatrick, often just referred to as Brother Sandik, is a half-human, half-Vulcan chaplain serving aboard an alternate version of the Enterprise-D. Sandik not only emotes in human fashion, but has adopted Christian belief and become a minister. In addition to leading the prayers and delivering the sermon, Sandik is also recognizable for his strong singing voice, and leads the congregation--which is too small to muster a real choir--in their hymns as well.

Sam Lavelle of Canada and Chief Hakizimana of Rwanda are members of his congregation in that universe. (Sigils and Unions: Catacombs of Oralius--"Captives' Ransom")
