Mempo of Twilight is a Legendary helm in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop. This helm is like Andariel's Visage in that it will always boost a hero's Attack Speed, no matter their luck with affixes. However, it is more defensive oriented, as compared to the Visage's penalty to Fire damage taken. In addition, it will always have a socket. As a result, if rolled properly (especially with Critical Hit chance), this helm will topple all other choices, no matter a player's class selection, being second only to class set helmets. The only downside to this helm is the existing Primary/Secondary stat limitations; due to the guaranteed modifiers, no Primary stats can be rolled as part of the random properties. Any changes desired must be dealt with through the Enchanting.
