In 1414 at the age of 30, Ray Qall started his own political party named "The Peoples Party" which claimed to only have the welfare of the planets people in mind. The party failed to get the interest of voters, resulting in the politicians disbanding from the group. In 1416 "The Peoples Party" was no more, and Ray Qall stepped down from politics. He married Judice Weatherstone and settled down on a farm. In 1422 Ray joined the radical new political group "Global Party" which eventually became the lead government of Cortolowe in 1426. After 7 years working for the group, Ray quit his position.
