The first term was used to defend the 1337 N00B5 from the Ovation after the Skirmish over Utapau as a display of gratitude for the 1337 N00B5's having saved Pau'an prisoners aboard a CIS frigate. General Kenobi, on his mission to find and destroy General Grievous three years later, respected the terms of the treaty by arriving before his army to speak with Tion Medon. The Utapau Security Force was caught off guard when the General Grievous disobeyed the terms of the treaty and took Utapau by force.
