Planet AM is a fictional planet from the Mega Man Star Force series. It was home to the AM life forms, or AM-ians, a race of aliens who have electromagnetic bodies. It was destroyed by the Planet FM due to their king, Cepheus', paranoia by the planet destroying weapon, Andromeda. Only four AM-ians are seen throughout the series as of Mega Man Star Force 3, but as the Satellite Admins stated at the end of Mega Man Star Force, many others have hidden on other planets like they did on Earth. As of the end of the first game, Cepheus and the Satellite Admins are currently working together to rebuild Planet AM.

In the events after the main story of Mega Man Star Force 3 planet AM is swallowed by the black hole generated by Sirius. Whether this means the planet is destroyed remains unclear. In the anime, Planet AM was completely destroyed when Andromeda drilled into it's core and detonated it, destroying every AM-ians, save for the Satellite Admins, who escaped, and Omega-Xis, who lost his memories or was too young to remember, thus ended up being raised on FM after AM had been destroyed. All AM-ians possess the unique ability to turn any living beings made of matter, like humans, into EM beings. Omega-Xis used this to turn Kelvin and all the crew in the space station into EM beings, saving their lives, while extending their natural lifespan. Omega-Xis originally believed to be the only FM-ian that had this ability, but when he met with the Satellite Admins, they revealed that only AM-ians possess such a power, not FM-ians. After the Satellite Admins sacrificed themselves in a kamikaze attack against Andromeda, Omega-Xis became the sole survivor of Planet AM.
