Blend together tofu, banana, orange juice, honey, and fruit until smooth. Add ice, then continue to blend until creamy. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. VARIATIONS: Sometimes instead of tofu I use about 1/2 cup of soy milk or soy yogurt. - LuAnn
