Ozzle's physiology differed somewhat from other Sarians, leading some to question his heritage. His skin was sickly pale and drawn tightly over his skull, creating a gaunt appearance. His eyes were pupiless ruby orbs, and his Sar Spots were deep crimson and larger than other Sarians. Ozzle first appeared in CDU space as an employee of NovaCom Cybertronics. Although his exact position with the company was unclear, he was often found escorting Zafrod Orion in what some assumed was an advisorial capacity. When Zafrod was reported killed in Griffon Alliance space, Ozzle made the arrangements that turned NovaCom Cybertronics over to temporary Commissioner of Commerce control, making no moves to wrest control of the company for himself. Eventually, Ozzle was hired by the Union to be the managing director of the Kichnar Orbital Station, a position he assumed with the assistance of his associate Kaley Recourua. The details of this arrangement are not clear, nor is it known why someone with little or no political experience was given such a task, although it is widely rumored that Ozzle owned a large stake in the station. What is known is that during his time as director, Ozzle's influence tended toward the seedy and shadowy. New businesses moved in, most of them catering to a less savory crowd. He was often seen in the company of such notorious figures as Talon Karrde and Morganna Tazecks. Toward the end of his tenure on the station, some have said that there was an flurry of Jedi activity, and some even claim to have seen Ozzle engaged in battle with multiple Jedi on the surface of such places as Sahkjalin, Caspar, and even Mergansar, but these rumors have never been verified. Eventually, Ozzle gave up his position on the Station and purchased a Rebellion-Era Calamari Star Cruiser, which he laboriously converted into a traveling casino and luxury liner. Just before the casino's grand opening, however, the craft disappeared with Ozzle inside. His fate is unknown.
