The polzuchest vine was a plant native to the planet Advan that was known to grow on everything, be it wanted or not. It was known to destroy entire structures and was exported to many places. It was also found on Naboo, Alderaan, Malastare; other temperate planets. It was also related to the Creeping Ladon. It was hardy, and could grow in even the smallest cracks so as long as there was water and soil. Occasionally, it had to be cleared off of Moisture Vaporators on Tatooine. Despite being a noxious weed, it was occasionally valued by Apothecarys as it's flowers contained seeds which could calm nausea if ground up with salt and bonemeal.

If not controlled, it could take root inside structures, but young vines grew only flowers and only attach via "fingerlets." A mature vine grew seeds and flowers, while elder vines turned woody and only grew seeds. Some vines' roots were found to be almost a half meter thick, 12 meters tall and covered its host.
