Hralus Valorum was a Human and one of many contestants for the Grey Throne. Descended from the Valorum family, he had the strongest claim to the throne; however, he was only ten when Jur'ak D'aghar died. This led to his seeming anonymity throughout the wars following until he struck a blow against one of the other contestants, and tyrannical man named Gharon. Eventually, through speeches, negotiating, and battle, he was given the Grey Throne and was crowned the Grey Emperor.
