Orbital Biosphere Propagation is a Telian industrial process by which a world with a newly processed atmosphere is "seeded" by the use of multiple warhead missiles, launched from orbiting monitoring platforms, and loaded with a variety of payloads, from bacterial to specially manipulated plant spores, that serve as the initial ecological start-up process to create a self-sustaining ecosystem.
