- Underground Pass is a quest named after the location in which it takes place. You must venture into an underground pathway that leads to a new land, at the request of King Lathas of Ardougne, in order to help him destroy his corrupted brother Tyras.
- Begin by speaking to King Lathas in the Ardougne Castle. Exit the castle and go through the gateway into West Ardougne. Make your way to the far north-west corner of West Ardougne, past the gravestones and zombies. Talk to Koftik and enter the cave.
- To begin, talk to King Lathas on the floor[UK] of the Ardougne Castle. After the previous quest's revelation, you find out that King Tyras, Lathas' brother, has moved on west, leaving his reign on West Ardougne. Ask King Lathas if his scouts have found a way through the mountains. He tells you that they have indeed uncovered an ancient tunnel, though it is riddled with cultists, who answer to the name of an evil Lord Iban, the alleged son of Zamorak. He'll ask you to check in with Koftik, his tracker, who is waiting for you just outside the entrance to the tunnels in West Ardougne.
- The Underground Pass is an extremely deadly volcanic passageway from Padres Del Fuego to all the other islands. There are several levels, and each level is more difficult. There are traps, ghosts, ghouls, zombies, EITC, Navy, Undead, goblins, and all manner of dark creatures along this pass. Iban, the still alive brother of Jolly Roger is in the center of the 5th level of the Underground Pass. You must make it through all five levels to get to the famed island of "Isles de los benditos". You must defeat Iban, and climb down the well to get to Isles de Los Benditos.
