__NOWYSIWYG__ This achievement is actually very easy, all you do is hurt the boss until he transforms into a dragon and than you can go to a safespot in the bottom right corner. You jump onto the ledge, shoot a ring of stars, and jump back down to the floor and repeat. This is a common tactic used to defeat the Harpy King, but not the only one.
