Actor Tony Broughton (6th November 1931 - 13th July 2011) played four roles in Coronation Street: * Les Curry, a fellow retail trader of Alf Roberts who suffered a heart attack in the Corner Shop in April 1993. * A Court Clerk at the trials of Jim McDonald and later Steve and Vicky McDonald in March and May 1996 respectively. * The Vicar who officiated at the funeral of Maxine Peacock in January 2003. * Neville, a taxi fare of John Stape's who was a witness to the end of his kidnapping of Rosie Webster. In this latter role, his screen spouse was played by his real-life wife June Broughton, who herself has played several roles in the series.
