Carol Knox was the young wife of Fortson B. Knox. She was an attractive blonde woman with a fierce temper. After the birth of her child, Carol became disillusioned with her life, and she grew to resent her husband and baby. Carol developed a romantic relationship with Eddie Rax, a member of the criminal organization run by The King. Dick Tracy soon found sufficient evidence to confront Carol about her own crime and she confessed. She received a 20-year sentence. Eddie Rax was killed by the King's men.
