The Organization of Independent States (OIS) is a military alliance that consists of 43 member states from Asia, Africa, Europe, and South America. It was established at the Tavoy Conference on 13 February 2010. The general rule is that military matters can receive the support of the OIS, and should be put forth to the council. All members have militaries. One of OIS' members have known nuclear weapons: India
