The 1964 Sandlapper 200 was a Grand National (now Nextel Cup) event held at Columbia Speedway on August 21, 1964. David Pearson took the lead late after his main competition Ned Jarrett fell out of the race, as Pearson rolled up a two-lap victory on Doug Yates.
