Water polo exercise. Four players. One ball. Any player starts with a ball. Any of the other three players takes a defensive role and attempts to steal the ball. The offensive player with the ball can only pass the ball after being touched or tagged by the defense charge. A dry pass must go to either of the other two players. Repeat. This is much like a game of keep-a-way, except the person in the middle changes at will. Play with dry passes. Later, play with wet passes. Allow for one on defense. Then allow with two on defense.
