A Psi-emitter, or Psychic Emitter, is a technological device which exerts influence on a part of the EM spectrum which interfers with the functioning of the nervous system. Psi-emitters are used as non-lethal and crowd dispersal weapon systems, but lend themselves to far more sinister applications.

Special abilities: * Summon Zerg Swarm - calls forth waves of unaligned zerg units to destroy everything on the map. Power of wave depends on level of weapon. * Level One: mostly Zerglings, Hydralisks, and Mutalisks * Level Two: double the size of level one including Ultralisks and mutated versions of mutalisks * Level Three: triple the size of level two including Leviathans and Brutalisks
