  • Monster Go! Go! Go!!, also known as Pocket Monsters Go! Go! is a hack of The Smurfs 3 for the Game Boy Color. The Smurfs game was originally in mono but colourised in this hack - it was later re-released officially in colour as The Smurfs Nightmare and a subsequent version of the hack was based on this release. Almost all of the graphics from the original game are replaced, plus the intro and ending text. Aside from the title screen its use of colour is limited, however, appearing more like a Super Game Boy game than one designed for the Game Boy Color. Possibly due to the colourisation process, the game suffers from extreme slowdown, running consistently at about half speed.
