Google Fiber is an experimental broadband internet service. Google selected two cities, Kansas City to test the fiber. In July 2012, Google completed the construction of the product, and announced the pricing. For $70 a month, they offer unlimited 1Gbps speeds, or $120 a month for television service to be included. With their service they included 1TB of Google Drive storage. The television service included a 2TB DVR recorder, and a Nexus 7 to act as a remote. The fiber is also capable of streaming the TV to iPads and Android tablets.
