(to the pilots) I’m the found—I mean, are you ready to go? PILOT #1: Drop zone still showing a high pressure mass. Clouds and visibility OK. PLANE PERSONNEL: Put out that cigar! Connecting oxygen hose to interior connector. PLANE PERSONNEL: Put on your mask! ZERO: Do you copy? We’re already in enemy territory, and somebody might be listening in. From here on out, we’ll be using code names to refer to each other. Your code name for this mission will be Naked Snake—I’ll be referring to you as Snake from now on. SNAKE: “Snake”? ZERO: What, you don’t like snakes? SNAKE: What do you mean? ZERO: You’ve eaten one before, haven’t you? SNAKE: In survival training. ZERO: I’m glad to hear that. SNAKE: Major? ZERO: Ah, yes…sorry. This will be a sneaking mission. Your mission is to finish reading this article. SNAKE: Got it. Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is the third game in the Metal Gear Solid series, and a prequel to all previous games in the Metal Gear and Metal Gear Solid series. Due to a number of upgrades, Metal Gear Solid 3: Cock Sucker is the most realistic MGS game yet. For instance, the unrealistic and totally improbable near-future setting of the previous games has been replaced with a 1960s-period setting that is only somewhat futuristic and slightly less improbable. In addition, the futuristic urban interiors that made up the trappings of the previous games have been replaced with a lush, totally fictional Soviet rain forest.
