Seven years after his death, Moltor was revived into his monster form, thanks to an artifact known as the Heart of Hades & a mere clan of Lava Lizards who beat back the Bruiser forces of the Armada that tried to take the Heart of Hades, only for the clan to be incinerated by the power flux the Heart pumped out upon Moltor's revival. Upon being revived, he encounters Troy Burrows, Gia Moran, & his old rival Mack Hartford. He, using his newfound power, traps the three in the cave where he was resurrected & attacks the remaining Rangers & Levira, the latter fleeing soon after.

Eventually, he is brought down by the Super Mega Rangers using the power of the Overdrive Rangers by removing the Heart of Hades from his chest, & then defeated by Super Megaforce Silver Gold Mode's finisher. However, the power of the artifact was still coursing through him as he grew tall in an attempt to destroy everything. However, the Rangers defeated him by using the Overdrive Rangers' power, which summoned an astral projection of the DriveMax Megazord & equipped the Legendary Megazord with its sword, & he was defeated once more by the finisher.
