Dr. Kenneth Lillington-Hughes was an Egyptologist and author specializing in ancient Egypt. He had written many works, and Captain Noah Wrightson, an amateur egyptologist himself, owned several of Lillington-Hughes's works. He was also a lecturer in anthropology and archaeology. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Catalyst, Part One") Turner was reading one of his works in 2372 while in isolation. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Isolation")
