I am selling my 6 year old home. The realtors say I should buy insurance that would fix anything that might go wrong with the house during the first year after the sell. I don't believe I am responsible to insure the home after I sell it so long as everything is in good working condition at the time of the sell. It's not like this is a home being sold by a contractor and never been lived in. Am I responsible to keep insurance on the home for a year after the sell? I live in Oregon thanks marcea
