Blue Envoy (a Rainbow code name) was a British project to develop a ramjet-powered surface to air missile during the 1950s. It was cancelled in April 1957. The guidance system and the ramjet designs were used to upgrade the Bloodhound Mk 1 missile design to produce the Bloodhound Mk 2.
