Crimson Cobra Incorporated is a multi-universe corporation owned by Charmy Bee. As the name suggests, the business was founded by the Crimson Cobra, but only as a front for his real plans to take over Planet Meridian. The criminal mastermind was almost successful in his plan, defeating main threats Chaotix, but was thwarted when Charmy (in a bout of insanity) bought the whole of Crimson Cobra Inc., employed his assistant Cribbins and took everything that belonged to the snake.

The criminal mastermind was almost successful in his plan, defeating main threats Chaotix, but was thwarted when Charmy (in a bout of insanity) bought the whole of Crimson Cobra Inc., employed his assistant Cribbins and took everything that belonged to the snake. With Charmy's already sizeable wealth, the bee probably did very little with his new purchase, possibly transferring power to The Hive, already the richest organisation in the universe. However, when the Special Zone was wiped out by Shadow the Hedgehog, Charmy was found to still be in control of the business, despite the company only really existing in the Special Zone. Nevertheless, Chaotix's new headquarters on Mobius were said to be the "home of the Crimson Cobra Inc." and was being used to find a way to recover their home and defeat Doctor Robotnik.
