About: E-999 Anti-armor cannon   Sponge Permalink

An Entity of Type : owl:Thing, within Data Space : dbkwik.org associated with source dataset(s)

The E-999 Anti-armor cannon was a high-yield Imperial weapon used mostly by FIST operatives. It was similar to a large chaingun, and weighed so much that it was nearly impossible for a Human to hold without an exo-suit of some sort, though stronger species such as Wookiees had no problem with it. It fired heavy concentrations of energy bursts that could decimate large vehicles, and numbers of troops armed with E-999s would be able to bring down larger vehicles. Nonetheless, it had a tendency to overheat and explode.
