Death count doesn't matter in CM as opposed to AB, so you can endlessly kill yourself. Whenever you sacrifice health, it damages nearby enemies. So, you use wallows bite and it will damage nearby foes, putride bile will deal damage to nearby enemies when it dies, and poison nova will deal damage to nearby enemies when you die. So you're suiciding pretty much trying to die to trigger poison nova, dealing a lot of damage in a short amount of time. But, an ele can do it as well..
