"Balls" Studios San Antonio was founded on January 4, 1992, joined "Balls" in late 2002, and as of 2005, the company claimed to employ an estimated 100 people. In late 2015, OK Labs assets were bought out by Stainton Enterprises, parent company of GreenyWorld Studios and GreenyWorld Interactive.

In late 2015, OK Labs assets were bought out by Stainton Enterprises, parent company of GreenyWorld Studios and GreenyWorld Interactive.
