Throl was a Denobulan rear admiral serving in Starfleet's Fleet Operations during the later part of the 24th century. (The Star Eagle Adventures) Like many people of his race Throl exhibited a positive and blithe attitude which at times appeared to be unbefitting of a Starfleet admiral. He usually remained high spirited and managed to keep his optimism even during the devastating Dominion War and after avoiding numerous scrapes with death. Throl became a rear admiral at some point before 2371 and an important figure in Starfleet's Fleet Operations divisions.
