Piliu is a clone of Bugara. He is a very passionette believer of the Flying Spaghetti Weegee, despite his death and the downfall of Weastagari. Piliu believes he is still alive, and he also believes the Flying Spaghetti Weegee's death brought amongst Weastagarians a responsibility to take over the United 'Gees Galaxy. Due to this, he is constantly breaking the law in order to gain followers to join him in a coup. This never works however, as Piliu is very unpopular, and is discredited over the intergalactic news whenever he commits a crime, big or small (At least when he's caught). Hagdow thinks of him as a complete ignoramus who needs to die for insulting Bugara's legacy.
