abstract	Halambo was a male Xexto Jedi Master of the New Jedi Order. A specialist in the use of the double-bladed lightsaber, he earned the designation of Jedi Weapon Master shortly after his elevation to mastery. Halambo fought against the One Sith during the Second Imperial Civil War and participated in campaigns to eradicate the survivors of Darth Nihl's One Sith following the death of Darth Krayt. Some time after the initial hunt wound down, Halambo took the Moogan Zee Pek as his Padawan. In 154 ABY, the Jedi Council was informed of the impending sale of two Sith holocrons in Coruscant's underworld. Halambo and Zee Pek were dispatched to obtain the holocrons and ward off or dispatch any hostile parties who might try to claim them. Sensing the activity of the dark side, they tracked down Mecrosa Order agents Marcus Antessio and Thosso. The Force-sensitive Antessio engaged Halambo in a duel, using his Echani double-brand, while Thosso kept Zee pinned down with blasterfire. After a brief exchange, Halambo caught Antessio in a moment of distraction and impaled him through the throat with the dual phase function of his lightsaber. After informing Master Jextar Cyern-Star of the development and having the Coruscant Security Force pick up and identify the body, Halambo and Zee continued their hunt. By the time they pursued information broker Wonga Vurb, he had already gone into hiding after nearly dying at the hands of Ioana Cur'tan. The two Jedi were attracted by a disturbance in the Force, and followed their senses to the downlevels of the Zi-Kree Sector in the wake of a bombing. Not far from the scene, they discovered Breek Zagrev and Kyriel Windrunner. Sensing Breek's Sith-influenced power, Halambo presumed Breek was a Sith and attempted to take her into custody. Breek attacked the two Jedi with Force lightning, and though Halambo was able to deflect the lightning before it could hit him, the force of the attack threw him backwards. Zee, who had already activated his lightsaber, caught the blast and charged alone. Even as Halambo moved to aid his apprentice, who had wounded Breek's left arm, Breek broke Zee's leg and both of his arms and crushed his throat with a punch. Fighting on despite the death of his apprentice, Halambo capitalized on Breek's injury and her need to fight with one hand, wounding her slightly in the side of the neck and more deeply in the leg. However, he lost two fingers of one hand when she singed him, and an entire hand when she cut off one emitter of his weapon. The two masters dueled on despite their injuries, but Breek finally triumphed when she channeled her pain into fury, got a two-handed grip on her weapon (and amplified her arm wound), smashed Halambo's blade aside, and decapitated him.
