Robert Waters was a scottish assassin born in 1287. His Moment of glory came in 1307 in the battle of loudoun hill by assassinating known templar Aymer de Valence, A Franco-English Nobel man fighting against the Scottish in their war of independence. During his time in training he learned quickly off his training partner William Wallace who had been in training since the day he could use a sword, this enabled him to stand out among the trainees and be recognised more for his skills. Born a bastard and Abandoned on the streets of Elderslie he was found and raised by an elderly farmer. At the age of 12 he came back from tending to the animals he found the farm house ablaze and ran from the scene Looking back only once to see a man with a fresh wound on his face going from his temple down to his chin. He had to flee back to the village of Elderslie and live off the streets till the age of 15. When living off the streets he was picked up by the Gaelic Blades, a Scottish assassin organisation ran by Sir Malcom of Elderslie in a secret underground location near the village hall. Here Robert learned how to wield his signature weapon the Sparth axe - This was a long pole with an 18 inch axe head attached and was used largely by Scottish mercenaries - And the hidden blade. Sir Malcom gave him a different style to the rest of the group which was, according to a rumour among the other trainees, once owned by English Assassin turned Templar Walter Diamond and was marked out by its brutal barbed blade that could be detached and double up as a throwing knife. During his time in training he learned quickly off his training partner William Wallace who had been in training since the day he could use a sword, this enabled him to stand out among the trainees and be recognised more for his skills. For his first target Robert was told to find and kill the people who burnt down his childhood home and killed the man he knew as farther. This task was difficult and took him several months to even find out who it was that burned down the house, and then another couple of weeks to track them down. Eventually he found the men and crept up to the walls of the small compound where they were hiding and dispatched of two guards on the door leading into the main building and climbing onto the roof to slide into the barracks where the men were sleeping he crept slowly down the line of beds killing every man he went past until he came to the final bed were a man with a scar down the side of his cheek going from his temple to the bottom of the chin. He knew this was the man who had ruined his life. He grabbed the man and shook him awake keeping the barbs of the blade resting against the mans skin. "What do you want from me" Scarface cried "if your 'ere" he was cut off by a fist to the face and then Robert started to talk "I'm going to ask you questions if I don't like any of your answers I'll dig the barbs in deeper" the man simply stared back fear building in his eyes "Did you burn down a farmhouse 10 years back?"The man shook his head in response and the barbs pricked his skin drawing blood "Yes" he screamed "We did please don't kill me I'll tell you everything" "Who gave you orders?" "We was working for some Templar he was saying something about cleaning up a mess he'd made" This made Robert wonder who the man he had once called father actually was,"I swear I don't know any more please sir don't ki" The blade sliced his throat leaving a clean cut, he left through the same window he came through but not before checking scarface for anything useful. He found only a necklace with the Templar cross engraved into a circle and decided to take it.
