Prior to this, he was an Economic Policy Fellow in the Department of Economics at the American University of Washington D.C., where he successfully attended a Post doctorate fellow program on Economic Policy Reform sponsored by USAID .Concurrently he was also a Fellow- Consultant with one of the Largest consulting firm's world-wide: Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI), Bethesda, Washington D.C. Throughout his 35 year career, he has worked closely with a number of multinational firms,And government organizations, in a number of countries, among these organizations are Citibank,Chase National Bank, Pepsi Cola Int'l. (More than 1500 employees), Hilton Int'l. (1000 employee), Central Bank of Egypt, Etisalat (UAE), readymade garments (2000 employees), The Arab League, etc…. He lived and worked in Egypt, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Bahrain, Europe and USA, And is well acquainted with /visited a dozen or more countries.With a rich multicultural career experience Amr is frequently on the move, especially between the ME and Europe. He is from an Egyptian origin and holds the Austrian nationality since 2004. He is eloquent in 4 languages,And is married with 5 kids.
