The first APC units were formed of the Uthelian Police Forces, that were preserving law and order on Vur'Lua in the first days of existence of Senb'An'Tiin Confederacy. In 31 BBY they showed their complete incompetence in the military-like situations, but they were still functional during the first years of the Clone Wars. However they were reorganized in 22 BBY. With the establishment of the Galactic Empire they existed for several years, but then were dissolved in 13 BBY. In 4 ABY the Imperial stormtroopers left the planet and the new authorities re-established Anarmar Police Corps.
