Zergei Traktorfaktori was a filmmaker for the Srav Federation during the times of the Cruentusian War. Prior to the collapse of the Rakata Infinite Empire, he had been a slave in a facility on one of the moons of Sviat. Said facility was considered to be inadequately staffed by the Rakata, with constant fear of a slave revolt among them, and as a result the slave overseer there drafted Zergei to produce propaganda films to placate the slaves there, deciding that he was the most skilled among them and that he would relate to the slaves better. Zergei reluctantly produced a number of films for his Rakata masters that had fair success. However, he tried to downplay this job.
