This is to find good times for meetings to occur. Please just list the times that you should be free (i suppose you could include time that you should be sleeping, maybe with a precaution, in case of emergencies). Check out what time it is UTC [1] compared with your computer. Please try and note the country that you are relating your TZ with if it isn't UTC.
