Synopsis
  • The Sinister Six use the underwater amphib unit and scope out Cordco's launch site with a spy globe. An unaware Spidey, staking out Cordco because of the schematics Electro left behind calls it a night, and visits May, helping her to shake the guilt she feels over Nathan's death. Heading home, Peter evades a building's falling masonry that appears to have been deliberately chiseled loose. Doc Ock prepares his poison, which he plans to put in place of the dye intended to map ley lines. Hobgoblin steals a capsule. Afraid Jonathon Caesar is behind the falling masonry. MJ visits a gun shop. At Midtown hospital. Caesar makes Hal McGee write a note to MJ. then kills him. Peter attends the rocket launch when the Sinister Six attack. As Spider-Man fights them, Ock loads his poison dispersal unit into the rocket. Grabbing Spidey, Ock prepares to tear him apart, but Sandman stops him. Ock uses a ray gun to turn Sandman into glass, then forces the Cordco staff to launch the rocket. Hobgoblin takes his pilfered poison capsule and dumps it in Spider-Man's face.
