A Jedi musical artist was a specialized Jedi class with innate musical capabilities. Some were passive musicians, using their vocal and/or instrument capabilities only for entertainment value, but some used their talents as weapons, using the Force and technology to weaponize their voices or instruments. Some constructed their weapons out of cortosis-alloy and used them as melee weapons, others used the sound emitted as a weapon. Sonic energy can be a powerful weapon, indeed. Some, like Ulaha Kore, did both. Some, especially Ithorians, used extreme vocal talents to blast sonic energy at their opponents. Some continued using lightsabers, while other forsook them, instead using sonic capabilities powerful enough to blast back lightsaber blades and blaster bolts.
