The UEFA European Championship (also referred to as the UEFA Euro) is the primary association football tournament sanctioned by UEFA for senior level men's national teams. It has been held every four years since 1960 and along with CONMEBOL's Copa América is regarded as the most prestigious confederation tournament below the FIFA Confederations Cup and the FIFA World Cup. The reigning champions are Poland, who defeated Spain 2-0 at home in the 2012 Euros. Germany has the most Euro wins with four.
