The limited shape shifting part: Make the "wings" bigger for actual flight and to be able to make the user's nail's slightly bigger and to extend to some distance. The truly frightening ability of this fruit is it's second ability; to use a power that the USER is scared of. For example: if a user of this fruit is afraid of explosion's, they will find out that they are able to blow up apart of their own body. (Note: like Mr. 5 DF, but obviuosly, not the full power of that DF) What the current user is scared of; chaos. Beause of that, the user is able to use a unkown energy (see below for more detail's) for blast's of said destruction to use. (Note: Any bleach fan's; its the same energy that make's the cero's and bala's. And aside from the fact that it is a energy blast; currently it is not know what that particular energy is. I'm just using that energy becuase I want to)
