Ernest Stafford Smith (1865 - 11 January 1937) was a Church of England clergyman. Born in Bath, Somerset, he was educated at St Catharine's College, Cambridge (graduating BA 1885, MA 1891) before being ordained as a priest in 1892. He moved to the London area as a curate in Hillingdon in 1893 then of Christ Church, Albany Street, St Pancras (now St George's Orthodox Cathedral) in 1896-1901. In 1901 he became curate in Tottenham. He was elected as a member of the London School Board representing Marylebone in 1900.

In 1902 he was appointed vicar of Bracebridge, Lincolnshire, and resigned from the school board. In 1927 he returned to London as curate of St James, Piccadilly. In 1930 he was appointed vicar of St Michael's Wood Green, a post he held until his death.
